SNOW!
Well we've all just about made it into the office today and now the snow has stopped and the sun has snuck out, it looks great outside. One glass of wine down already with smells of Matt's cooking wafting from kitchen, we're all set for a snowed-in Friday.

Christmas cheers for cocktails
We're in the process of trying to find a cocktail to go with our Christmas dinner, we like the idea of it being pear-based which is proving a good challenge. We've just got our hands on a facsimile of the original 1930 Savoy Cocktail book. We really like the three-colour printing and illustrations, take a look...

Stocking up
The weather has definitely turned. The coats are coming out. We're frantically trying to find our scarves and gloves buried in the cupboard. With this in mind we need to start thinking about our kitchen stock piles for Winter. Leigh came into work this morning with a huge tub of dried, wild mushrooms ready for lots of creamy risottos! We love Winter.
